We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may require extra delivery time or charges. If this applies to your order, we will inform you before dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. Custom or special order items may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery times depend on the product and location:
• Standard furniture delivery: 3 to 7 working days • Large or bulky items: 5 to 10 working days

Furniture is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Someone should be available to receive the order on the delivery date.
For large items, delivery may be made to the ground floor or doorstep unless stated otherwise.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or no one being available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
