Returns Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, not assembled, and returned in original packaging where possible.
Return Time Frame
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
• Used or assembled furniture • Items damaged due to misuse • Custom-made or special order furniture • Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damage along with your order number so we can assist you quickly.
We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as FurniFolks is not responsible for lost return shipments.
